Thornhaven's bronze-smith. He shares a name with the hunter and spends his mornings hammering plow blades, not swords.
Kael the Elder
The village calls him Kael the Elder so the two Kaels can share a valley in peace. He is the bronze-smith: hammer already ringing when the hunter wakes, plow blades on the anvil, ordinary work that keeps Thornhaven fed.
He is not one of the Five. He is what the Five are supposed to be protecting.
